Having a correct feature status is dependent on whether the sprints are mapped properly. If your sprints have been mapped improperly, then BigAgile will not be able to calculate the metrics correctly.

💡<i>Tip: Go to Admin -&gt; Increments and click on the increments to bring up this slide-in panel. Next, select the Teams Tab and you will be able to observe and make changes to the sprints through this drop down menu.</i>

💡<i>REMINDER: It is important to note that the Jira/DevOps to BigAgile sync runs every 5 minutes. This could cause data to not update for that time. Refresh the page intermittently and if that doesn't fix the feature status, then it is an issue with Sprint Mapping.</i>
