BigAgile's Product Kanban allows you to keep track of work as features move from the initial Pipeline stage of Funnel, all the way to completion in the PI.

At the top of the screen in the Product Kanban are three drop-downs. Each of these will allow you to change Programme, PI, and Team, depending on which backlog you'd like to see.

How to change a feature's stage in the Product Kanban:

There are two methods you can move a feature between stages in the Product Kanban. The first is to drag a feature to the stage you want it to go to. For instance, if we had a feature in the Funnel stage but it needed to be moved to Analysis, we can simply drag it to Analysis.

The other option is to change the stage manually, by clicking on the feature and changing the stage from there. Again, if we wanted to move a feature from funnel to analysis, this is how it would be done.

Filtering features by Project and Owner:

To filter features by project, click the drop-down highlighted in the screenshot below, and choose a project of your choice. Only Features associated with the selected project will be shown.

To filter features by owner, click the drop-down highlighted in the screenshot below, and you'll be able to show features owned by the selected users.

Feature Sorting:

Each list of Features in the Product Kanban can be sorted by a number of fields. Below is a screenshot showing how you would go about sorting a specific column/stage.

💡Tip: Sort options will vary depending on the stage of the feature in Pipeline/PI.
